Hi neighbors, you’re invited to my backyard in Brooklyn Park, MN for a home-cooked BBQ.
Relying on decades of catering & grilling experience, I built my one-of-a-kind rotisserie grill and now share it with the neighborhood. With mechanical engineering that keeps food cooking evenly in a temperature-controlled environment – this is a culinary event like no other!

A totally unique dining experience right in your own neighborhood! The grill is such a masterpiece, I named it the Jerry Rigged!

Submit the form below to reserve your plates by Friday at noon.
Pay. I accept cash on site, Venmo or CashApp - links are below.
Friday and Saturday, I'm busy prepping & cooking for the orders I've received! I usually make a few extra plates available on a first come, first served basis, but I really rely on reservations to cook an accurate amount of food.
Pick up Saturday, 6-8pm. We'll pack to go, or you are welcome to stay, eat and socialize on my back patio! If you lack mobility and live on the block, I can offer a very limited delivery - please let me know if this is a need.
